It is with deep regret and sadness that the Club announce the passing of our former Fixture Secretary and Club Committee Member, Dave Turner.
Dave’s time as committee member was at a difficult period for our Club, however, he helped to bring stability, direction and leadership; the effects of which we are still seeing today.
As parents, both Dave and his wife Joanna, could be seen at every game supporting their sons Ryan and Luke as they played through a nine-year period with Manortown. Dave was always a helping hand at home games, assisting with goalposts and pitch preparation for all their games.
We would like to extend our deepest condolences to Dave’s family and friends at this sad time.
As a mark of respect, all our games over this weekend are holding a minute silence to honour and remember Dave Turner.
