The final day of our Annual Mini World Cup Tournament has once again brought together players, families, coaches, and supporters for a fantastic celebration of football and community spirit. 

Throughout the tournament, every team has displayed incredible enthusiasm, determination, and sportsmanship, making each match exciting to watch. Saturday’s finals showcased the hard work and dedication of all our young players, who have represented their teams with pride and passion from the very first whistle.

We would like to thank Jackie O’Byrne who made the team presentations on behalf of her brother Benny O’Byrne, sponsor of the Jack O’Byrne Cup & Shield.  Thank you to Jimmy Swords and Perry Haughton, who both stepped in to make cup and shield presentations to the teams. 

As we celebrate the conclusion of another successful tournament, we would like to thank our volunteers, team coaches, referees, sponsors, players and supporters whose commitment has made this event possible. While trophies were awarded to tournament winners, every player should be proud of their achievements, the friendships they've built, and the memories they've created. We hope everyone has enjoyed another unforgettable Mini World Cup, and we look forward to welcoming you all back next year for another fantastic tournament.
