Apologies to all - we discovered that our opening team list was missing 3 entries (we published 67 instead of 70) - in the interest of transparency we are now publishing the correct opening list of teams so that everyone can see they were included.

All scores are fully updated now from this version - with 31 teams (not 28) remaining after the Cut calculations.
